निवासियों का स्पष्ट आरोप है कि एओए पदाधिकारी सत्ता का मोह नहीं छोड़ पा रहे हैं। फॉर्च्यून रेजीडेंसी समेत कई सोसायटियों के लोगों का कहना है कि उनकी सहमति और पैसे की कोई परवाह नहीं की जा रही। कार्यकाल खत्म होने के बावजूद पदाधिकारी जबरन काबिज हैं, जिससे आम फ्लैट मालिकों को रोजमर्रा की परेशानियों और आर्थिक अनिश्चितता का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
चुनाव टालने के लिए कागजी अड़चनों का सहारा लिया जा रहा है। जब भी चुनाव अधिकारी मेंबरशिप लिस्ट, डिफॉल्टर सूची, डीड, डिक्लेरेशन और बायलॉज मांगते हैं, तो एओए बहाने बनाने लगती है। कभी कागजों को अधूरा बताया जाता है तो कभी रिकॉर्ड गायब होने का नाटक किया जाता है। सारा दोष चुनाव अधिकारियों पर डालकर प्रक्रिया को जानबूझकर महीनों तक लटका दिया जाता है।
ऑफिसर सिटी-2 सोसाइटी में स्थिति सबसे ज्यादा गंभीर है, जहाँ एओए का कार्यकाल सवा साल से भी ज्यादा समय पहले खत्म हो चुका है। इसके बावजूद आज तक चुनाव नहीं हुए हैं। यहाँ के कार्यवाहक पदाधिकारी हर बार नए बहाने बनाकर और झूठे आरोप लगाकर चुनाव प्रक्रिया को बाधित कर रहे हैं। निवासियों का कहना है कि प्रशासन की चुप्पी की वजह से यह संकट अब पूरे राजनगर एक्सटेंशन में फैल रहा है।

निवासियों में सबसे ज्यादा नाराजगी डिप्टी रजिस्ट्रार (DR) कार्यालय की सुस्ती को लेकर है। आरोप है कि डीआर ऑफिस चुनाव कराने में बिल्कुल भी गंभीर नहीं है और उसकी भूमिका सिर्फ खानापूर्ति के लिए पत्र भेजने तक सीमित रह गई है। किसी भी मामले में न तो कोई सख्त समय सीमा तय की जा रही है और न ही पदाधिकारियों पर कोई ठोस कार्रवाई हो रही है, जिससे कालातीत एओए का यह गलत चलन बढ़ता जा रहा है।

राजनगर एक्सटेंशन की जिन सोसायटियों में वर्तमान में एओए का कार्यकाल खत्म हो चुका है और चुनाव लंबित हैं उनमें मुख्य रूप ऑफिसर सिटी-2, फॉर्च्यून रेजीडेंसी, एस जी ग्रैंड, एस सी सी सफायर और गुलमोहर गार्डन हैं।

This is to formally bring to the attention of all residents a serious and repeated security lapse concerning allotted Parking No. 2007.
An unidentified scooter was again parked in the designated parking space. This has become a recurring issue, clearly showing failure of monitoring and enforcement by the security team.
When the matter was raised with the guards, instead of resolving it professionally, the security staff misbehaved and handled the situation in an inappropriate manner. Repeated attempts were made to contact the President and Secretary for immediate intervention, but there was no response.
Most concerning is that instead of management handling the matter internally, the security personnel directly called the police.
If the situation was serious enough to involve the police, then:
Why did the President/Secretary not come personally to address it?
Why was the management unavailable?
Why did the security staff take such a step without proper authorization and escalation?
Is this the kind of management and protocol we expect in our society?
Additionally:
The security team had no record of whose guest the vehicle belonged to.
No proper vehicle entry/exit records were available.
There was no tracking of vehicles parked in the allotted space.
This reflects gross negligence in security supervision and raises serious concerns about overall safety standards within the society.
Society elections are approaching.
Residents must thoughtfully consider whether this is the kind of management we want again — one that does not respond to members’ concerns, avoids responsibility, or blocks residents’ numbers instead of addressing their problems — or whether we deserve representatives who are accessible, accountable, and willing to listen.
